    From October to December 2026, Sawah Terrace, revives nearly forgotten heritage dishes from Bangli as part of its Untold Flavors of Bali series. This region is unique as it is the only landlocked area in Bali, and its culinary heritage is influenced by the majestic lake, fertile soil, and traditional preservation techniques.
